Journey Through Milestones Physical Therapy offers individualized pediatric physical therapy & developmental support services with both in person or virtual options. In person services are provided within their office, located in the beautiful Pine Bush, New York.

Physical Therapy Intensives

At Journey Through Milestones Physical Therapy, we’ve seen first hand the benefits of an intensive treatment model because it truly works! When you attend an intensive with Journey Through Milestones Physical Therapy, our therapists create a custom program individualized for the needs & goals of every single child. Your therapist will work directly with you before & during the intensive to determine the ideal duration, intensity & tools used to help your little one achieve their goals - which most children will do during their intensive program with us!

  • Physical Therapy 1:1 Initial Evaluation (60 minutes) & Custom home exercise program 

  • Return Patient Evaluation (60 minutes) 

  • 1:1 PT Treatment Sessions (30-45 minutes) 

  • 6 session PT Treatment Package

1:1 Physical Therapy Services

1:1 Developmental Chats

  • These 30 minute virtual or in person chats are educational in nature, and include a general assessment of your child’s current developmental status, recommendations for encouraging age expected gross motor milestones and purposeful play tips, environment set up suggestions for hands-on practice.

  • Q&A regarding your child’s development currently or in the coming weeks and months.

  • They include a downloadable milestone checklist with age range expectations & information is included as well!

After each visit, a paid invoice & bill will be sent to your insurance for you. If you have out of network benefits, you may be reimbursed by your insurance, however it is the client’s responsibility to contact your insurance and determine out of network policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • At this time, we are an out of network provider for all insurances EXCEPT Medicare. Within 5 business days after each visit, a superbill will be provided to you, which may be used to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. If you have out of network benefits, you may be reimbursed in part or full by your insurance, however it is the sole responsibility of the client to contact your insurance and determine out of network policy.

  • Individualized physical therapy services are offered in office only at this time OR virtually ONLY to residents of New York State.

    However, virtual participation is available for both Group Developmental Classes and Developmental consultations.

  • At this time, we do not offer payment plans. Payment is required in full upon booking.

  • Scheduled sessions must be modified (canceled or rescheduled) AT LEAST 24 hours in advance in order to be eligible for a full refund. If session attendance is modified less than 24 hours prior, refund eligibility will be determined on a case by case basis.

    If a bundle of Caregiver & Me Classes is purchased and a class is missed, a make up session is allowed subject to class availability, & must be used within 30 days from the original missed class.
